These terms apply to your use of the NZ MOMO website, operated by P P GROUP LIMITED, and to any orders or enquiries you place through it.

• Orders placed through this website are for pickup only. We do not offer delivery through this website.
• You'll choose a store location and pickup time when you order.
• Payment is made in person at the store when you collect your order. We do not take payment online.
• Please arrive within your selected pickup window where possible. If you can't make it, contact the store to reschedule.

Menu items, prices, and availability may change without notice. We'll do our best to keep the website up to date, but the store may occasionally be out of stock of an item you've ordered. If this happens, we'll contact you.

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including nuts. Please let store staff know of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering.

Wholesale, distributor, and franchise enquiries submitted through this website are not binding orders or agreements. They're the start of a conversation, and any resulting business arrangement will be confirmed separately.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
